Income & earnings tracker: Track what comes in, not only what goes out

Most money apps are expense trackers with an income column. Wealtie gives earning its own target, its own streak and its own analytics, for salaries, side income and invoices that land when they land.

Budgeting advice assumes a salary

Every budget template starts the same way: write down your monthly income. If you freelance, sell, drive, tutor or work on commission, the first line is already a guess.

So the plan is wrong from the top, and all a spending tracker can tell you is that you spent more than a number you made up.

So Wealtie tracks the income side as carefully as the spending side, and treats a variable month as normal rather than as a mistake.

One target, filled by every payment

The income goal is a number to reach. Each payment you log moves it, and it keeps its own streak, separate from the budget's, so a slow month for clients doesn't spoil a careful month at the shops.

Every month is kept

The month in progress at the top and every month before it underneath, with what it reached and how close that came.

July €3,180, June €3,050, May €3,410, each against a €3,000 target and each marked complete. A month that fell short keeps the figure it reached and what was missing.

That list is where the streak comes from. Four complete months in a row is the 🔥 4 on the card; the best run so far is the 🏆 9 beside it. Budgets work the same way, counting the months that closed under the limit.

How the streak counts

How steady is it, really?

On Pro, the income tab in Analytics scores how much your income moves about, out of a hundred, then says what's likely to land next and what you kept.

Income StabilityModerate

Average:€ 3,140.00

Wealtie scores how much your income actually moves, out of a hundred, and says it in a word rather than a statistic. A sixty-two is not a failing grade — it is the difference between a month you can plan tightly and a month you should leave room in.

Stable71–100Your income is very consistent
Moderate41–70Your income has moderate variation
Variable0–40Your income varies significantly

What is likely to land

A projection for next period, built from the income you have already set to repeat — with a confidence level on it, so it tells you how much to trust it instead of pretending to be certain.

What you expected against what came

The gap between the two, named. A quarter where you were fifteen per cent short is a quarter you want to know about before the next one starts.

What you actually kept

Income against expenses, the net, and the share of what came in that you still have. The one figure that says whether a good month was actually a good month.

Paid in one currency. Spending in another.

A client abroad, a platform that pays in dollars, a salary in euros. Each account keeps its own currency, and the total is in yours.

What people ask when their income moves

Log each payment as income in Wealtie, in a category of its own — a client, a platform, a salary — on whichever account it landed in. The income goal adds them up against your target, and on Pro the Analytics income tab shows where it came from and how steady it is.

Yes, on every plan. It's a target to reach rather than a limit to stay under: each payment you log fills it, it keeps a streak for each period you reach it, and every past period is kept with how close it came. On Free it runs monthly; Pro adds daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly.

It was built for it. The income goal is separate from the budget, so a slow month for clients doesn't spoil a careful month at the shops. On Pro, Wealtie scores how much your income moves about out of 100, projects next period from the income you've set to repeat, and says how confident that projection is.

Logging income, the monthly income goal, its streak and its history are free. The income analytics — sources, stability, the projection and what you kept — are Pro, from $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year.

SET THE TARGET

Next payment in is the first step
