ACCOUNTS & NET WORTH

Card, cash, savings. One number.

Add each account once, with what’s in it today. Log what you spend and the total on your home screen stays right. No bank login, nothing imported, nothing to reconcile.

Your money is in four places. You check one.

The banking app shows the card. The savings are at a different bank, behind a different password. The cash is whatever’s in your wallet, and nobody has counted it since Tuesday.

So the question “how much do I have?” gets answered with the one number that’s easy to look up, and every decision after it is made on a third of the picture.

Put every account in one list and the total stops being a guess.

Start from what’s there today

An account is a name, an emoji, a currency and the balance it has right now. There's no history to import, so there's nothing to wait for and nothing to clean up.

Main card
€1,240.50
Cash
€180.00
Savings
€3,000.00
ALL, ON THE HOME SCREEN
€4,420.50

The green card at the start of the strip is every account added together, converted into the currency you chose to see things in. Log a €12 lunch on the card and both the card and the total drop by €12.

Accounts in other currencies work the same way. How that works

Moving money isn’t spending

Put €200 into savings and one balance goes down while the other goes up. It's recorded as a transfer, so the budget never sees it and the total doesn't move.

Its own row
A transfer sits in the list with both accounts on it — Main card → Savings — in grey, because it's neither income nor an expense.
Across currencies
From a euro account to a dollar one, the amount is converted at the current rate, and both figures are shown on the row.
On Free
Transfers aren't a Pro feature. With two accounts on Free, you can already move money between them.

When the number drifts

Cash is the account that wanders. You forget a coffee, you find a note in a coat. Update Balance puts it right without pretending you bought something.

CASH, ON A SUNDAY
Wealtie says
€180.00
Your wallet says
€164.50

Set Balance to €164.50 and the account and the total follow. It’s recorded as a correction, so this month’s budget doesn’t gain a mystery €15.50 of spending.

Out of sight in the app switcher

Swipe away from Wealtie and every amount on the screen disappears before the phone takes its snapshot. Whoever's next to you on the bus sees the layout, not the balance.

The names stay — Main card, Cash, Savings — and the numbers are gone, on every card and in every chart. They come back the moment you return to the app.

It’s on for everyone, with nothing to set up. A money app shouldn’t need a setting for “don’t show my balance in the switcher”.

And the one that isn’t only yours

A household account can sit in the same list, in two people's apps at once, with a Shared badge and the faces of who's in it.

Available Balance
€ 3,420.00

It counts in the total like any other account. Who can add to it and who can only look is decided by the owner, and either one balance is shared or each person sees their own share of it.

How sharing works

Two on Free. As many as you like on Pro.

Two is a card and cash, or a card and savings. Everything else on this page comes with them.

FREE
  • Two accounts, each in its own currency
  • One total across both, on the home screen
  • Transfers between them
  • Update Balance, and amounts hidden in the switcher
WHAT PRO CHANGES
No limit on accounts, so the second bank, the travel card and the jar on the shelf can all go in. Pro also lets you share an account with somebody, with roles.

What people ask before they add the first one

No. You add an account by name with the balance it has today, and log what you spend from it. Nothing is imported and no bank password is ever asked for.

No. A transfer between two of your accounts is recorded as a transfer: one balance goes down, the other goes up, and your budget doesn't see it.

Open the account and use Update Balance. Set the exact figure, or add or take away the difference. It's recorded as a correction, so it doesn't show up as spending.

Yes. Each account keeps its own currency, and the total on the home screen is converted into the one you chose to see everything in.

Two, with transfers between them. Pro has no limit, and lets you share an account with somebody else.

COUNT IT ONCE

Your real total is two minutes away

Open your banking app, count your wallet, and type in what each one has. That's the setup. From then on the number on the home screen is the one you'd have worked out.
